This article provides instructions for admins to create a SuperBeings account and configure the same to suit specific business needs before adding other employees and get started with new age people management processes.

Here, we will discuss the following —

  • Who can be admins
  • How to log-in to SuperBeings
  • What is DIY onboarding
  • Understanding admin dashboard

How to log-in to SuperBeings

Once your organization is officially registered with SuperBeings (or once the free trial is confirmed), your admin will receive an email with the log-in instructions to enter the SuperBeings dashboard.

There are 2 primary ways to log-in to SuperBeings —

  1. Use your Microsoft account as the log-in ID
  2. Use your Google account credentials to log-in to SuperBeings dashboard.

P.S. - Once the admins import/ invite other employees and managers to use SuperBeings, they need to follow a similar process to log-in to their respective SuperBeings accounts.

What is DIY onboarding

There is also a fourth way to log-in, i.e. DIY onboarding. In this case, you will have to use the sign-up option available on the log-in page and follow the instructions to set-up your account with SuperBeings.

Who can be admins

Admins are chosen by each organization at the time of preliminary discussions with SuperBeings. Typically, admins are designated HR managers. However, line managers or any other officials can also fulfil the role of admins.

The admin is responsible for onboarding new team members and managing processes throughout the platform.

Understanding the Admin Dashboard

The admin dashboard (as shown below) is visible to only the designated admins. To find the admin settings, check the left sidebar and click on Admin > Data Management.

However, it is important to remember that when you first log-in to your admin account, the admin option on the left side of the dashboard, will be the only active option on the list. The admin needs to first complete the onboarding process for the rest of the team(s) to make the other functionalities available.

The following section covers the basics of inviting other employees to the SuperBeings world.

Data Management

As shown in the picture above, the Data Management view provides the admin with the overview of the current onboarding status.

  • Total Active Employees — It represents how many employees within the organization have been invited to use the SuperBeings platform so far. If you want to onboard new employees or a team in bulk, all you need to do as an admin is to click on Add / Update > download the Sample Excel file and fill up the details as mentioned in the file. Once you upload the updated sheet, new employees will be onboarded on the platform.
  • Total Holidays — It gives the SuperBeings AI an idea about your work schedule to make sure that engagement and performance reminders are set to your managers and employees on working days only. You can update your organization’s holiday list in the similar way mentioned above by clicking on Add and then downloading the Sample Excel file, filling up necessary details and uploading the final file.
  • HR-Manager Mapping Stats — shows how many managers are mapped to HR managers. Admin can update this number as and when required by clicking on Edit and mapping other managers to respective HR managers.
  • Personality Assessment Stats — This shows how many of your current employees have completed the Personality Assessment Test sent during onboarding. As an admin, you can send reminders to those who haven’t completed the test by clicking on Send Reminder. This would send the concerned employee a reminder with the Assessment link on their emails.
  • Bot Installation Status — This shows the number of employees that have installed bot on their Slack and MS Teams and allows you to send reminders to employees who are yet to complete this step.
